this's how i joy for this weekend ! quite delightful time since me back from lake whlie i cooked this vanilla chicken by my new roaster and sure one things that my cook getting better that good ! i going to greet my friends and share my new skill expect so ....

i was try it again and sure this time better more than last time it was so firm like stone of pastry ! and have a bit changed of the material with the shape i don't have put the shape upside i think this looking beauty and the shape of apple i was cut it up for pretty more than last time happy apple pastry this's really messy i know and sure !

happy apple pastry

i cooking this today ! apple pastry this's easy way to tried for my frist class of dessert while i did low protein for frist job i made it until be a dough then put it in fridge for half of hour at the same time i did apple dumpling by cooking .

dough material :

1. low protein flour 200g /no salt butter 100g / ice water 60cc / salt a spoon totally

2. egg yolk 1 / water a big spoon mixing with the egg yolk

3. apple dumpling 1.135g

apple dumpling material :

1. apple 4 about 900g/ granulated suger50g/ lemon juice 20cc /no salt butter 50g /cinnamon powder a spoon totally

2.cornmeal 15g / water100cc mixing together

today i received my dreamer polaroid from etsy JuniperHome shop i was so excited and can't waited to open it while process was rush and delightful because i collection a lot news of polaroid have few month and this time i decide to purchasing i also think over of it and now i own of it and no more just wait or look that quite wonderful then i will check it recently and show you my fine work of polaroid .

my shop babook new signboad i was inspiren from my clutch bowknot because that my shop feature can you associate of it ?! this absolutely hard to think a great signbaod that fit my shop and simple to showing out my shop feature during the time and also hard to building a brand but i think i lucky for this new material and modern product of clutch it recall me when i started my shop at that time i only think one thinks it's environment friendly but that no sudden what it's the things around me ?! book so my shop brought at that time .
